Evening Forkers!

Have you been patiently waiting for the top food & events newsletter to end up in your mailbox? ;) Sorry about that! A short one day delay today but we're back with some juicy food news.

😍 β€œHoly Fork, That's Good!”
3 Farm Markets Try Right Now

🚜 Bennett's Apples & Cider: Specializing in first their apples, apple cider, and apple cider donuts, Bennett's has grown and expanded from when they first opened in 1911. Still a family-run operation, they now have a full local grocery store of produce and some dry goods, along with a bakery and a plant area. Garner Road has been under construction for ages too, I'm sure they could use the support! 944 Garner Rd E, Hamilton, ON

🚜 Dyment's Market & Bakery: Located on the Dundas escarpment, Dyment's keeps expanding by leaps and bounds each year - with their market and bakery, pumpkin patch, events space, and more. My personal favourite new launch is their smash burgers spot with juicy smash burgers, brisket sandwiches, and topped fries. But they also just launched an adorable little vintage coffee cart too! Be sure to try their pies and baked goods from the market. 416 Fallsview Rd E, Dundas, ON

🚜 Carluke Orchards: One of the smaller markets, but still ever so mighty, Carluke is best known for their apples and pies as well. They also carry a variety of baked goods like cookies and large muffins, pot pies, and locally sourced food products. They will be celebrating their 60th anniversary with an event on August 23rd and 24th. 2194 Shaver Rd, Ancaster, ON
