Heather is a big fan of Pancake Tuesday, and Alex loves pancakes in general. With that—and the fact that Pancake Tuesday was earlier this week—we've put together a pancake round-up for you!

In addition to that, we have some openings, a fair amount of sad closures, and more food news.

Oh, and don’t forget, daylight savings is this weekend, so it's the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a cozy pancake breakfast and ease into the time change!
